Well I am will be attending this years festivities with my TwiHard Niece and we are really REALLY excited! We have our flight, hotel, and car booked. As well as a few things that we will be doing around town the week that we are there. I can’t wait to reserve all of the official SMD weekend stuff with the individual vendors! Too excited! Our countdown says only 122 days and 8 hours till the FUN STARTS!

The first thing I have to say, just on a note of realism and iorpmt, is that everyone (women in particular) ought to read The Gift of Fear . You make that point and it’s so true. I read it myself for the first time a few months ago and, while parts of it are chilling, it has such good tips and knowledge in there. I think all of us have dealt with an overly possessive or otherwise attentive guy at one point or another and, contrary to what Edward might think, it is NOT romantic. One thing that freaks me out about Twilight is how the fangirls think his stalkery and jealousy and possessive tendencies of rage are beautiful and romantic and lovely. No. It is scary and unhealthy and can be quite dangerous. Those are signs that you need to get away. /PSAOh, and I’m so with you – I thought he watched from outside . I never would have thought he was in her actual room OMGOMGOMG.Growing Up Cullen is SO TOTES CANON IT CANNOT BE DENIED. …I cannot stop reading these books even though they fill me with feminist rage and horror. I can’t stop, y’all. …Twilight fills me with warm and fuzzy giggles. I am sick… Girl, this is me in a nutshell.This is so multifaceted and intense! So full of outrageous flavor and furious kittens!!!! Amazing and the best LULZ, as always. I can’t wait for you to do the rest of it. And how tragic the thought that you may never be able to finish it if SMeyer doesn’t first. My sparkly heroin candy! Why must she take it from us?
